Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Hasadna, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Available for UAE National’s
  • Own a farm
  • Age between 21 and 65 years

How to apply for Hasadna?

The application process for Hasadna is simple:

  • Submit Your Loan Application

    Submit your loan application along with primary documents such as proof of ownership, farming method, and a detailed project plan.

  • Review of project plan by independent party

    Mbank will appoint an independent evaluator to review (feasibility) the project plan submitted by you.

  • Loan Approval & Disbursement

    Based on the above, Mbank will further review your application and related documents. Once approved, we will agree with you on the loan terms & conditions. Post this agreement, Mbank shall disburse the loan, as per the agreed terms.

  • Repayments
    Repayments for Hasadna loans are made monthly, based on EMI or interest only payment structure, as per the agreed loan terms.
