Qualifier: To qualify for the Mbank Millionaire Campaign draws, the customer must maintain a minimum monthly average balance of AED 1,000 per account in their savings account with Mbank.
For customers holding multiple savings accounts, each savings account must maintain a minimum average balance of AED 1,000 to qualify.
- Entries for each monthly draw will be calculated based on the monthly balance maintained in the preceding calendar month.
- Draw entries are calculated based on your average monthly balance: Every AED 100 average monthly balance earns an entry.
- Scenario 1: If account average monthly balance is AED 1,500, your account will receive 15 entries.
- Scenario 2: If account average monthly balance is AED 20,000, your account will receive 200 entries.
- Scenario 3: If account average monthly balance falls below AED 1,000, account will receive 0 (zero) entries.
- Scenario 4: If account average monthly balance is AED 51,482.50, account will receive 514 entries; entries are rounded down
Entries for monthly draws are calculated based on your average monthly balance maintained in the preceding calendar month.
Loyalty entries reward your consistent savings. For the Annual Grand Draw (AED 1 Million prize), all your entries from previous monthly draws, within the annual draw schedule, are aggregated.
Example: If you consistently maintain an average monthly balance of AED 10,000 in your Account for 12 consecutive months, you will earn 100 entries each month (10,000 / 100 = 100).
For the Annual Grand Draw, these entries will be combined: 100 entries per month * 12 months = 1,200 total entries.

Your Average Monthly Balance is calculated as follows:
(*The Daily Closing Balance X Number of Days) / Total Number of Days in the Month.
* The Daily Closing Balance is the amount held in your account at the end of each calendar day.
Mbank Millionaire Campaign winners will be contacted directly by Mbank on their registered phone number or email address. Winners will be contacted within 30 business days after the official completion and verification of the prize draw. Mbank will never ask you for your account password or full debit card details for you to claim a prize.

Yes, accounts classified as dormant will remain eligible for entry into the Mbank Millionaire Campaign draws, provided they meet the minimum average monthly balance requirement.
Yes, all Mbank Millionaire Campaign draws are conducted under the direct supervision of the Department of Economic Development in the Emirate where the draw is held.
