This Raffle is organized by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C in collaboration with Al Ansari Exchange.
By participating in this raffle (“Raffle”), all individuals excluding minors participating (Participants”) agree to be bound by these Raffle terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions”). The Raffle is organized by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C having its registered address at 454 Shakhbout Bin Sultan St, Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Raffle Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C (“Mbank”) Terms and Conditions available on the Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C website https://www.mbank.ae/terms-conditions/. In case of any inconsistency or conflict, Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C Terms and Conditions available on Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C website https://www.mbank.ae/termsconditions/ shall prevail with respect to matters specific to the Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C Accounts.
Eligibility and Participation
The eligibility criteria of Participants are that for the period between 31st October 2025 and 25th December 2025 (“Promotional Period”) the Participant must:
- Be an existing individual customer of Al Maryah Community Bank LLC with a valid UAE Emirates ID; with an active bank account with Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C; and an active membership at Al Ansari Exchange.
- Meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C Terms and Conditions available on the Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C website: https://www.mbank.ae/terms-conditions/, and these Raffle Terms and Conditions.
- Deposit a minimum of
500 in cash per transaction into their Mbank account through any Al Ansari Exchange branch in the UAE. - Not be in default or arrears on any loan or facility from Mbank before or during the Promotional Period or on the date of the draw;
- Not be prohibited by any applicable law, authority, or entity from participating in the Raffle.
Participants can earn a maximum of 3 raffle tickets per month Each Participant represents and warrants that they have met the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participants will be automatically entered in the Raffle if they meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees and Board Members of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C and its subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (parents, spouse(s), siblings and children) are not eligible to participate in the Raffle or participate in any associated prize draws. This is to ensure fairness and prevent any potential conflict of interest.
Prizes may be forfeited, or customers holding Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C accounts may be disqualified from participation, if Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer or winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) laws, or these Terms and Conditions. Participants found in breach of AML/CFT laws or under investigation by relevant authorities may be disqualified without notice.
Raffle Prize
- There will be 1 winner during the Promotional Period, and the prize will be up to 10,000.
- Raffle Prize draws shall be conducted by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C in strict adherence to these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable UAE laws and Central Bank regulations.
- Subject to these terms and conditions, all prizes awarded are at the sole discretion of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C.
- Prizes may be awarded in cash, or any other form as determined by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C, at its sole discretion from time to time.
- The number of prizes awarded for any draw is at the sole discretion of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C and may be increased or decreased, with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations, provided it does not adversely impact existing committed prize structures for announced draws.
- With regards to any matter whatsoever concerning the prizes, Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s decision and records will be final, binding and conclusive. All cash prizes are denominated in AED.
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C will not be liable for payment of any additional charges arising out of delay in crediting prizes, unless such delay is due to Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C will not be liable for any delay in awarding prizes, if such delay is caused because the account holder cannot be contacted due to outdated or incorrect contact information in Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s records. It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are current and updated.
- The winning accounts will be selected randomly by an automated prize draw system in the presence of a representative from the Department of Economic Development (DED) or any other relevant authority as required by the rules and regulations of Abu Dhabi or the UAE from time to time, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Prize winners will be notified by Al Ansari Exchange and then contacted by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C using their contact details (address, phone number, email) provided in Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s records.
- The results of the prize draw shall be announced by email and/or social media channels. Winner name and prize will also be posted on the website of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C / raffle webpage.
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C may, at its sole discretion, use any other means of communication to announce the results.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid, remitted or deposited to a person or account other than the verified winner.
- All taxes, fees and any charges, if any, payable on the prizes shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the winning account holder. Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C shall not be responsible for any tax implications arising from prize winnings.
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation as to, the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize. Any such issues must be settled directly with the producer and/or supplier of such prize. Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C takes no responsibility for resolving any such disputes.
How will the winner be chosen?
- The Winner will be randomly selected through a draw management system at Al Maryah Community Bank LLC’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi on the 29th of December 2025.
- If the draw date falls on a public holiday, it will be conducted on the following working day.
- The winner must adhere to any formalities specified by Al Maryah Community Bank LLC, such as signing a prize acknowledgment form and submitting necessary documents. Prizes will be disbursed only after Al Maryah Community Bank LLC receives the completed prize acknowledgment form, along with scanned copies of the winner’s Emirates ID, passport, visa, and any other requested supporting documents.
Winner Notification and Verification
- The winner may be required to attend a prize presentation ceremony and participate in other publicity programs as requested by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C, at their own cost. The winner unconditionally consents to the publication of their name and photograph as a winner of the prize in any media for Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s marketing purposes.
- The winner will be contacted using the contact details on file with Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up to date.
- If the initial winner of the raffle is disqualified, unreachable, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria within the specified time frame, a backup winner may be selected. The backup winner will be chosen following the same draw process. Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C reserves the right to determine the eligibility of both the initial winner and any backup winner at its discretion. All decisions made by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C in this matter will be final and binding.
- All cash prizes will be credited to the respective Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C Account within thirty (30) business days after the official completion and verification of the prize draw.
Miscellaneous
- The prize(s) featured in all printed materials and/or on the website of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C are shown for illustrative purposes only. Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or change the specifications of the prizes, at its sole discretion, with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
- All decisions of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C relating to the draw, its conduct, and prize awards are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C shall be final and conclusive.
- These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Your personal data will be processed for purposes including:
- Account setup and management
- Prize draw eligibility and administration
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Marketing communications (unless you choose to opt out at any time via our designated channels)
Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data and may share it with authorized third-party service providers or government authorities, where necessary and lawful. General Provisions
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations. Any changes will be communicated to account holders.
- Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C. Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- No failure or delay by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
- All communications from Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C to the Winner account holder will be sent to the current contact details provided by the account holder. It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is kept up to date.
- Limitation of Liability: Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C shall not be liable for any personal liability; any loss, expense or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C’s control);
- any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
- any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C) due to any reason beyond the control of Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C; any tax liability incurred by a winner; or
- use of a prize.
- Al Maryah Community Bank L.L.C shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Force Majeure, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, and strikes.
- Al Maryah Community Bank reserves the right to audit participant eligibility and transaction history to ensure compliance.
